Tasting Notes

All of our flavors has to fit with our small-batch, pot-distilled rum. We also have to be able to develop a flavor profile that fills the mouth and a spirit that has a great aroma. Dead Parrot Pineapple Rum hits it out of the park. Just like our other flavors, there’s no added sugar! Nope, just rum, and all-natural flavoring.

When you pour that first glass, the tropical aroma hits your nose and you start hearing the waves crashing over each other. The taste has the perfect balance of sweet and tart up front and hints of citrus, apple, and just the slightest caramel linger in your mouth. We think it’s just delicious and makes the perfect summertime libation.
